We don’t know. All we know is this canonically is the bookend for Patient Zero and that Dartmoor will have significant changes.
IOI is keeping their cards to close to their chest. And I expect we will be getting something special if the felt they should announce it soon after the Eminem collaboration.

I have some questions! Well mostly lots of small ones about the development. 
I love how the new missions have been taking cut or scrapped ideas and incorporating them into big twist on the mission that go very well with the new characters. This time that twist was the cut Outbreak/ Infection mode from Hitman 2 which expanded on the virus from the patient zero campaign in H2016. I’d love to know more about that!
Another thing is the trailers. The teaser and main trailers for both this one and the Slim Shady one have been amazing and also different from the actual gameplay of the mission, including the look of characters and events that happen. How are they made and are they sort of a way to experiment with what the mission is going to be?
2specific things i’d personally love to know are:
What happened to Jeff? (as he isn’t in the mission)
There is a cut easter-egg for shooting these 8 pots around the greenhouse. The logic is set up but there is no payoff. Any info on it?
I’d love to know about Outbreak most of all. @Jaded_Obsidian_Witch is making a mod restoring the mode and they are dying to know more about it.

Just a minor thing: I decided to postpone the inclusion of a dev first. Just so we can talk more openly about it after a week or two (when more players had the time to play it) without the restriction of talking about spoilers. Just a test from my side. If that is terrible I will make sure to invite devs for the first stream after launch again.

Mission is really good!
The talking bit: Arti starts the stream answering questions and going over the roadmap.
He says he has forwarded feedback about it being a special assignment and agrees.
Co-op is in the works and they are taking extra time to match the excitement.

The gameplay!
He does really well and keeps silent assassin but it all falls apart when trying to cure the last infected - the bathroom guy. He dies and tries again, and then dies on the next attempt by the helicopter.
Then he tries a very messy run of the new challenge! It luckily goes alright, although he only completes the mission with 1 hp. Thanks for the stream!

Stream Summary: (now done)
Next Wednesday will be the Hitman 2016 anniversary stream 1 hour before the normal time. 
The week after that will be the Patient Zero Requiem Developer Stream! Really looking forward to that.
The usual questions about co-op and stuff as well as suggestions..
The year overview should be in-game to better communicate things and so you get less repeat dlc returning type questions.
And a related bug: Monthly roadmaps stopped in late 2022 and are now seasonal roadmaps and the ui should be updated to reflect that.
Also can you tell us anything about the creator ducks and if the rebrand to the Hitman CTT now called the Hitman Demo is related to the IOI creator program?
007 First Light will need server connection for some things, but the campaign will be playable offline like Hitman.
Edit: The progression will be available offline then sync across when you get connected again, according to what Arti knows so far.
Arti then played the Elusive target for a while and did a lot better job at it, apart from 2 “crashes”.
“Playable” being the operative word. “Enjoyable” is what I’d prefer, but it’s not in its current form.
@IOI_Artjoms Are you taking player questions for the developer interview in a few weeks centered around The Harbinger? If yes, any particular place you want us to put them and when do we need to get them in by?

I had a YT channel that somehow managed to scrape into the program (I assume I just barely got in ). So hopefully its just anyone in the program gets the duck - if its “won” by the points system, I have no chance of getting it. 
Let me ask today if and also which dev (level design or programmer or etc.) will be able to join me on the stream. So I have questions, which they can thruthfully answer.
