Looks like the area you can drop down into from an open skylight on Club Holle’s rooftop, in Berlin. To the left there’s a shortcut ladder that leads to a ground floor overpass located above the dance floor and Agent Banner.
Right now I don’t have any ideas for screenshots to post, so if my guess is correct, someone else can take my turn.

I’d say some of the non-living shacks from Haven Island, by non-living I mean service shacks like the gym, massage room, and not the ones people are stayed. This is generic so probably not gonna count, if you wanna try your own then don’t click spoiler.
