Will the Legacy Rewards from Hitman 2016 make a comeback for players to unlock? This includes the Black Winter Suit and ICA Aluminum Travel Briefcase along with the ICA Completion Coin Variants.

While I would LOVE them to be available, I think what @Swangtheugly said is exactly true.
Who knows (anything can happen), and things COULD have changed, but I wouldn’t count on them being unlockable for everyone anytime soon - if ever.
I personally want the coins the most - the biggest reason is it has always been impossible to get all three of the coins on the same profile, as the unlock requirements didn’t stack.
The second biggest reason is that the Japanese version of Hitman (2016) wasn’t released for Japanese players until after the coins were given away through their requirements. So Japanese players never even had the opportunity to get any of them (at least based on what I have heard).
I will add to this comment and say the Black Winter Suit looks really good. I’m sad I can’t have it, but it is what it is.
