I don’t find the rotterdam missions as bad, just that a large chunk of them are very tedious (finding the right warehouse and re-routing the train, the passwords for each of the gates in PRL, etc). So that is why I took away some points for both Rotterdam levels.
(Is it alright if I use cheats while doing the tedious work?)

I totally get the tediousness. They´re not exactly my favourite either, but I still find them more worthy of making it to the next round than any of the Romania missions 
I certainly won´t judge you for it

Sorry,but I don’t understand what’s so good about Plutonium runs loose.I replayed both Rotterdam levels yesterday to see if I can change my opinion about them,but Plutonium was still as annoying as I remembered it.Tedious running,annoying checkpoints,(probably) bugged car bomb method(I am reffering to the part where I need to snipe all those guards to go through that specific checkpoint),Boris needs to escape to be killed no matter the approach(without using glitches) and the best place to respawn if you die…
It is the worst level in C47(imo).
On the other hand,Gunrunner’s Paradise was really fun.It is a really good sniping mission.I love going on the upper floor of the warehouse to snipe the bikers from there.It is even more fun when a few of them go upstairs because I can get some nice action when I and the bikers hide behind boxes and try to shoot each other while the awesome combat music plays.
The Setup is a really boring mission and doesn’t deserve to advance just like The Jungle God(and I am sure it will be eliminated),but Meet your brother is pretty cool.So,Plutonium runs loose needs to leave first and then The Setup.And for those who think about the training,well,Ortmeyer’s “EXECELLENT” is iconic,so it desreves to stay.

This is entirely personal 
The first time I was playing it was really hard. But not annoying type of hard, but rather a challenging one. My strategy was slowly evolving every restart, it really felt like solving a puzzle. It felt like the game was my opponent in chess - it countered my moves and I had to think what to do next. (This is pretty much what happens with each Hitman level, but this one was different). The difficulty of this mission went great with the atmosphere of the hardest hit 47 ever did, genius ambient track, low draw distance that made this level look really dark, mad target who was going to nuke a city to kill one man…
