Everyone here is talking about overrated missions even though Kirov Park meeting is still here with 20 (now 18) points.

How could it be overrated when you can:
-kill the targets in awesome car explosions
-kill both of them with a single knife hit when they hug(I wonder if this is a known thing or not )
-make a target jump off the car(kind of)
-snipe both of them with a single shot from the radio tower?

The problem with Kirov park meeting in my opinion (and the other Russian levels, including Bjarkhov bomb but excluding Invitation to a party) is the size of it all. There’s a lot of useless, empty space there with not a lot to do. Each entrance to the park takes some time to go to and the sniper tower is located too far away in my opinion. It might not be much for one playthrough but it’s a chore to replay.

I actually played Kirov Park meeting again thanks to what you said and I’m having a bit more fun this time, probably my 2nd favourite St. Petersburg mission (that’s not exactly hard to achieve but it’s something). I still think it’s not as good as what others have said though and doesn’t deserve to advance.
