@Franz gave it -1 at the point of elimination. Im sure he would have - 2‘ed it if necessary. If anything Golden Handshake should regain 1 point instead.

Seems like it should be up to you then. Either Mumbai comes back with a point or it stays eliminated but Golden Handshake gets its point back.

Okay, well, this is pending @Silvereyes ultimate approval, but after deliberations with my little brother, whose intentions are pure, I have ascertained that at the time he would have eliminated Mumbai even if it were at two points, and so would not have had the opportunity to also substract a point from New York. Considering this, the current ranking should look like this:

it’s up to @silvereyes, but if we don’t bring it back to officially eliminate it, i will go full trump and claim it as the winner since it’ll have a point remaining at the end.

i will even arrange for a full blown riot involving me, @Khakiasp and @IndianAgent47 storming - i guess - wincenworks’ front door and putting our feet on his desk.
