Hitman Progress saved in IOI?

When you disconnect your IOI Account from your Epic Games Account, do you keep the progress? Is it saved in IOI or in Epic Games? I want to connect the IOI Account from a friend with my Hitman 3 on Epic Games but then remove it and continue playing with my own, is this possible (we both have Hitman 3 standard on Epic Games)?

The progress is linked with your ID for the platform. (Epic in your case)

So no, you won’t lose your progress.
