She’s way more worthy than some of the other targets left. She has some awesome unique kill opportunities (virus in the lab, virus from the model ship, cinematic type poison where she thinks it was her lover, cannon on the pier), and story wise she is interesting.
I think she’s miles better than Claus Strandberg and General Zaydan but the points suggest I’m in the minority on that.

I agree she has some pretty unique kills I just don’t how long it takes her to get to some of them. For example, compare her and the virus with someone like Robert Knox. It’s career defining and world changing but if it gets destroyed before she’s killed, she just lackadaisically wanders on down. I’m Miami, if you break that display car, Knox is sprinting to see what’s up.
I’d just like to see some urgency from her but, admittedly, I may be a little aggressive towards for just being slow.
I have no particular attachment to either of them. We might have time to team up and take one out?

Zaydan is the weaker of the two in my eyes. He’s also got less points.
4 more eliminations. Safe to say Sean Rose and Kelvin Ritter will be two of them. We might be able to save De Santis and instead push out Zaydan but we will still need one more elimination. This is when the game gets fun.

He’s also sitting on less points currently so I was going to suggest him too. Let’s focus on Zaydan so he’ll be the third and we might even have a chance at Strandberg afterwards.
I think De Santis will be okay as long I stop voting her down but I’ll protect her if necessary.

Silvio is the one developing the virus, De Santis is there to spy on him and take his place if he acts out or she finds out Silvio has an ulterior motive.

Yep because it is also her job to make sure it reaches completion in any way possible. Silvio is developing it, De Santis is overseeing the full project since Ether thinks Silvio is unstable.

Therefore, she should care more (if she’s still alive when it’s destroyed) and show more urgency going to check on it. Yet, she seems to be on a leisurely stroll through the park…
Meeting that investigator should also inspire urgency, as it’s related to her spying on Caruso, but that one’s slightly more forgivable because that’s secondary to the main goal of completing the virus. It is a much longer distance so she hurry it up a little there though, if only for the player’s sake.
Because she wants the lab technicians to clean up as much as possible and have some idea of what is going on before she gets down there. Not to mention that it isn’t the end of the project all it would have meant is that sample of the virus was destroyed. They could still make another one although it would have taken longer if 47 had just killed Silvio.
