Iām here to confirm that you need a TikTok account to watch the Hitman stuff and get the Neon Duck (or you need to sign in with a different existing outside account, connecting it to TikTok and agreeing to all their terms).

I assume the same thing as Twitch Drops applies here - if you know someone that has an IO account with the duck and there is mutual trust, if you link your platform account to their IOA for a little bit, the duck will come through. Can then delink and keep the duck.

Okay, some initial thoughts:
The Good:
I do like the new Pastel Suit, that looks quite good; not garish, seems to be tie-less, and is a nice pop of colour for the inventory that doesnāt want to gouge my eyes out.
This is a lot of patchnotes. Jesus, looks like you listened to the issues raised by how few fixes are documented. I donāt recognise any UCP-ported fixes (I do recognise the Mumbai Elevator issue) , but Iām sure @Minnow will correct me. Continue doing this, as it demonstrates that the game is being worked on!
The Oil canister having its OOB exploit finally happened! Not a hard thing to call being fixed, but still. This probably shouldāve happened earlier in 2025 to be honest.
Now this was definitely community reported:
A crossover with the Bond franchise was not too hard to see coming, but hiring Mads Mikkelson to play Le Chiffre again, instead of an expy, isā¦not something I saw coming, gotta admit. Seems like your budget for CelebrETās has been blown for a while, eh? Nice lilā crossover with Bond.
I donāt doubt Madsā performance will be good, but weāll soon see. Voice acting and traditional acting are two separate fields. I will say, you did capture his youth fairly well =)
I am surprised that this is the first āThe Big Oneā reskin weāve gotten (Yes, the Hand flare from SgĆ il is technically a reskin of it, but thatās level-exclusive). Certainly looks the part, though it is a bit of a missed opportunity to release this the day before US Independence Day instead of alongside it, especially since Iām waiting 26 days to get it anyway.
The Bad:
Outside of the bond hype, this is yet another roadmap that has almost the exact same structure as past roadmaps; month-long CelebrET with the free ETA contract that goes paid. Challenges separated monthly, a gaggle of returning Elusive Targets (seemingly direct repeats from Year 4), and the items you unlock remain quite questionable.
Aā¦cocktail shaker? Really? Like, I get it, Bond likes Vodka Martiniāsā¦but you couldāve at least re-coloured it to Gold or Bronze or something? As it is right now, outside of the context of Bond, it just comes off as another in-world prop made into a throwable melee item, the same as the Pinot Noir Bottle. Another one to add to the rubbish bin of shame

This is where I get mildly peeved.
Did we not tell you to announce patches ahead of time? Yes, you announced the showcase in advance, credit to you there, but the showcase is not the patch, and excusing the sudden maintenance needed to apply the patch as āemergency maintenanceā is ā¦misleading, to put it charitably.
If itās a foregone conclusion by fans that there would be a patch preview/ release in the IOI showcase, then perhaps tell us ahead of time that a patch, or some maintenance, will arrive at that date, on social media? Just because this releases at 11PM UK time does not mean itās acceptable to ignore the request to gives us a concrete heads up about an incoming patch.
Okay, slightly interesting question, will The Banker pack be added to the Celebrity Elusives bundle on storefronts? Because it probably should be, if not now, but soon.
EDIT: Another oddity is that the DLC is non-refundable on steam due to containing āconsumable contentā, whatever that means in the context of Hitman WOAās unlocks:

On this, I have a possible, albeit iffy, solution. Since the next season begins just as the current season ends, how about with each roadmap, the next scheduled patch be the last thing listed? The patch that will usher in the next season should be listed with its start time and date as the final event to occur for the current season, so that we know that, when the patch maintenance ends, the new season officially begins?
Came up with this spur of the moment so itās a bit messy, but something to maybe go off of moving forward, to avoid this problem of last minute patch announcements.

Or just sayā¦ āHey, there will be server maintenance relating to the IOI Showcase at 11pm UK time on June 6thā; two days ahead of time. Itās still vague, but gets the message across.
Nothing about this is an emergency, itās necessary for the patch to work!
And any semblance of a lack of a patch was lost when the twitch drops got told to us via email ahead of time.

Three UCP fixes removed because of being officially fixed:
- Shurikens count as melee weapons for The Authoritarians (IOIās fix actually applies to all shurikens, including the Bat Shuriken, Drop record thing, and even the starfish & Xmas star - all of which UCP did not do.)
- Invisible Race Marshall head in Miami (I fully expected this one)
- Vanda Mcmurry & Ida Pagel in Whittleton having the wrong portraits (their appearances change in The Serial Killer, and the portraits reflected that appearance rather than the one they use in Another Life)
That last one wasnāt in the patch notes, but I did confirm itās been fixed.
Itās possible we find new ones down the road that werenāt in the patch notes as well, like the Russian, German, French, and Spanish translations for The Censorās bio having their linebreaks properly doubled (which we were still overriding with basically identical text until recently - not harmful but not necessary either)

Iāve looked and I donāt believe thereās an account linking process? Just watch the stream, TikTok will send you a code then you input it here on your IOI account;

Keep it up in coming months, since unfortunately there are more issues that need to be fixed.
