# HMF Playing Monopoly: Game 2

#181

DaZucc: \$1540 - \$275 = \$1265.
Eric: \$900 - \$900 = \$0.

#182

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on Chance. Nazareth draws a Chance card. It reads:

“Take a ride on the Reading. If you pass Go, collect \$200.”

Nazareth indeed passes Go. Nazareth: \$159 + \$200 = \$359. Nazareth lands on Eric’s latest aquisition, and because he owns 2 stations, he can charge for a \$50 ticket. Nazareth: \$359 - \$50 = \$309. Eric: \$0 + \$50 = \$50.

Jacques lands on New York Avenue. Jacques pays Eric \$16 in rent. Jacques: \$954 - \$16 = \$938. Eric: \$50 + \$16 = \$66. Because he rolled a double, Jacques gets to roll again. He rolls a

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on the Water Works. Because Eric sold the Water Works to DaZucc, he now owns both Utilities, and therefore can charge ten times the dice roll. This means: 10 x 10 = \$100. Eric: \$66 - \$100 = \$-34. DaZucc: \$1265 + \$100 = \$1365.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Go and collects \$200. DaZucc: \$1365 + \$200 = \$1565.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean lands on Virginia Avenue. Since he recently aquired it, he pays no rent.

@EricTheAussie You are in debt to the bank by \$34. You must either mortgage one of your properties to pay for the debt, or you may come to an agreement with one of the other 4 players so that you may cover for your indiscretion.

Pink: \$70
Orange: \$100
Red: \$120
Each Station: \$100

#183

I take offense to that.

I’ll mortgage the pink

#184

I’ll have you know that I run a reputable bank, not a rundown charity. Don’t you disrespect the man responsible for your finances. If you wind up in debt again, I will be sending some of my men to teach you a more… permanent lesson.

Eric: \$-34 + \$70 = \$36.

#185

Part time banker, full time gangster.

#186

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth decides to Just Visit the alleged child murderer, who may in the past of decided to not pay his rent to a certain Banker and woke up with a dead orphan inside his bed.

Jacques lands on Ventnor Avenue. He pays DaZucc \$22 in rent. Jacques: \$938 - \$22 = \$916. DaZucc: \$1565 + \$22 = \$1587. Because he rolled a double - for the 4th turn consecutively because the RNG seems to love Jacques - he gets to roll again. Jacques rolls a

Jacques again rolls Snake Eyes, and yet again lands ontop of DaZucc’s Yellow. He pays DaZucc \$24 in rent. Jacques: \$916 - \$24 = \$892. DaZucc: \$1587 + \$24 = \$1611. Jacques gets to roll again, but if rolls a third double he will automatically go to Jail. Jacques rolls a

Jacques land on the Short Line, having to buy a ticket from his main competitor. Jacques: \$892 - \$50 = \$842. Eric: \$36 + \$50 = \$86.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on Pennslyvania Avenue. Eric pays DaZucc double rent because he owns all 3 Greens. Eric: \$86 - \$56 = \$30. DaZucc: \$1611 + \$56 = \$1667.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Vermont Avenue. DaZucc pays Sean \$6 in rent. DaZucc: \$1667 - \$6 = \$1661. Sean: \$616 + \$6 = \$622.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean lands on New York Avenue. Sean pays Eric \$16 in rent. Sean: \$622 - \$16 = \$606. Eric: \$30 + \$16 = \$46.

#187

Cold-blooded! Don’t give damn how many kids he killed just so long as you get paid!

#188

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on Community Chest. Nazareth draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“You are assessed for street repairs. \$40 per house, \$115 per hotel.”

Nazareth has 4 houses on the Dark Blues. Nazareth: \$309 - \$160 = \$149.

Jacques passes Go and collects \$200. Jacques: \$842 + \$200 = \$1042. Jacques lands on Community Chest. He draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“From sale of stock you get \$45.”

Jacques: \$1042 + \$45 = \$1097.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on Boardwalk. With 2 houses on Boardwalk, Nazareth charges Eric \$600. @EricTheAussie @Nazareth If Eric mortgaged his Orange, Red and both Stations and his \$46 combined, that only adds up to \$466. You may need to reach a different arrangement, or Eric can earn money by perhaps trading some of his properties to other players.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on States Avenue. DaZucc pays Nazareth \$10 rent. DaZucc: \$1661 - \$10 = \$1651. Nazareth: \$149 + \$10 = \$159.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean lands on Indiana Avenue. Sean pays DaZucc \$18 in rent. Sean: \$606 - \$18 = \$588. DaZucc: \$1651 + \$18 = \$1669. Because he rolled a double, Sean gets to roll again. Sean rolls a

Sean lands on Pacific Avenue. Sean pays DaZucc some more rent of \$52. Sean: \$588 - \$52 = \$536. DaZucc: \$1669 + \$52 = \$1721.

#189

Does anybody want my orange or red for \$200 each?

#190

I’ll take that red off your hands.

#191

Most of the time I’d be willing to cut a deal but since I got tapped for fucking street repairs, I’m gonna need everything - every single drop of blood from your soon-to-be-dead body.

#192

With the Red sold, that would still only go up to \$546 if you mortgaged all properties and your remaining cash. You earned \$200 in cash, but the Red was worth a \$120 mortgage.

#193

#194

I should note that if no one wants to step in to bail out Eric, he goes bankrupt and is out the game.

#195

WAIT I DIDN’T KNOW YOU COULD FAIL MONOPOLY THAT’S NEVER EVER HAPPENED IN ANY GAME OF IT I’VE EVER PLAYED

If I go bankrupt what happens to the properties I own?

#196

It could either go to the player you owe or back to the bank depending on the debt. In this case, I would get all your cash and at least one your properties to completely cover the bill. The rest goes to the bank and back on sale again.

#197

Fuck I really don’t want Jacques to be happy and get my stations

#198

Fine, I’ll take orange too. You owe me pal.

#199

Mighty generous of you. And who says capitalism has no soul?

So this puts Eric at \$446. Mortgage off both Railroads and that covers my fee with some change to spare.

#200

@Jacques_Shadow I’ll give you both my stations for \$950 + your blue and orange.
