HMF Playing Monopoly: Game 2

#201

He’d be pretty foolish to take that deal. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Besides if you mortgage the railroads their still yours, you just can’t make money off them until you unmortgage them.

#202

I’m killing two birds with one stone here don’t question my methods

#203

I passed on the stations before, there would be no feasible reason I would even remotely consider that deal.

#204

And spending 950 for two stations is pretty dumb in my opinion. I’ll wait till you go bankrupt if it’s all the same toy you.

#205

I’m offering you your one and only chance to achieve what you’ve always wanted. This deal I have offered is not negotiable

#206

I know, and that’s why I said no

#207

Are you sure

#208

Yep, a 100% no from me thanks.

#209

Are you ABSOLUTELY sure

#210

Looks like we’re set - $446 plus the mortgage value of both trains puts it at $646 minus the $600 owed leaves Eric with $46 remaining. I’m gonna unmortgage my Red and Yellow with some of the cash.

#211

OK, so, Eric sells his Red and Orange to DaZucc for $200 each. He also mortgages his 2 Stations for another $200, which will pay off his fine to Nazareth. And with his new found wealth, Nazareth will use some of the money to unmortgage his Red and Yellow.

Eric: $46 + $600 = $646. Eric: $646 - $600 = $46.
DaZucc: $1721 - $400 = $1321.
Nazareth: $159 + $600 = $759. Nazareth: $759 - $240 = $519.

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on the recently unmortgaged Atlantic Avenue, which he already owns.

Player 2: Jacques_Shadow rolls a

(Holy hell, another double? I have no idea why but the RNG I use seems to adore giving all the doubles to Jacques, it’s nuts.) Anyway, Jacques decides to Just Visit the prison, as the guards sweep away the ashes of a former associate of The Banker that somehow manage to spontaneously combust within his cell. Because he rolled a double, Jacques gets to roll again. He rolls a

Jacques lands on St. James Place, which he already owns.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric passes Go and collects $200. Eric: $46 + $200 = $246. Eric lands on Oriental Avenue and pays Jacques $6 in rent. Eric: $246 - $6 = $240. Jacques: $1097 + $6 = $1103.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Community Chest. He draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“Doctor’s Fee. Pay $50.”

DaZucc: $1321 - $50 = $1271.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean also lands on Community Chest. He draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“Christmas fund matures. Collect $100.”

Sean: $536 + $100 = $636.

#213

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on Community Chest. He draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“Pay hospital $100.”

Nazareth: $519 - $100 = $419. Free Parking Jackpot: $400 + $100 = $500.

Player 2: Jacques_Shadow rolls a

Jacques lands on Indiana Avenue. Jacques pays DaZucc $18 in rent. Jacques: $1103 - $18 = $1085. DaZucc: $1271 + $18 = $1289.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric decides to Just Visit the jail, which as an Australian makes him feel right at home. Because he rolled a double, Eric gets to roll again. Eric rolls a

Eric lands on Community Chest. He draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“Pay school tax of $150.”

Eric: $240 - $150 = $90. Free Parking Jackpot: $500 + $150 = $650.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Ventnor Avenue, which he already owns.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean passes Go and collects $200. Sean: $636 + $200 = $836. Sean lands on Mediterranean Avenue, which he already owns.

#214

I actually forgot about the Free Parking Jackpot for a few turns, and as it turns out when Nazareth paid for his street repairs and DaZucc last turn got a Doctor’s Fee, it means the Free Parking Jackpot is actually $210 richer.

Free Parking Jackpot: $650 + $210 = $860.

#215

I wish there was a card that says “go to free parking Nazareth”.

#216

Against my better judgement, I’m gonna buy another house for my Dark Blues.

#217

Just the one? Would you like it on Boardwalk or on Park Place.

#218

No, I meant on both thanks.

#219

Nazareth: $419 - $400 = $19.

#220

Now roll me a 12 twice and a 3! :crossed_fingers:
