HMF Playing Monopoly: Game 2

#101

Yeah I’m out on in terms of bidding

#102

Sorry lads, not going bankrupt over 1 property. I’m out.

#103

Wasn’t expecting to win the bid but I’ll take it.

#104

Nazareth: $633 - $400 = $233.
Eric: $1110 - $200 = $910.

#105

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on Community Chest. Nazareth draws a Community Chest card. It reads:

“Bank error in your favour. Collect $200.”

Nazareth: $233 + $200 = $433.

Player 2: Jacques_Shadow rolls a

Jacques lands on Connecticut Avenue. He pays DaZucc $8 in rent. Jacques: $900 - $8 = $892. DaZucc: $784 + $8 = $792.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on the B&O Railroad. He buys a $50 train ticket. Eric: $910 - $50 = $860. Jacques: $892 + $50 = $942.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on St. Charles Place. DaZucc pays Eric $10 in rent. DaZucc: $792 - $10 = $782. Eric: $860 + $10 = $870.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean goes to Jail. He does not pass Go. He does not collect $200. @SeanBernowicz would you like to roll next turn to try to escape or will you pay the $50 fine?

#106

I’ll pay the fine…

#107

Sean: $662 - $50 = $612.

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth passes Go and collects $200. Nazareth: $433 + $200 = $633. Nazareth lands on Mediterranean Avenue. @Nazareth would you like to buy Mediterranean Avenue for $60?

Player 2: Jacques_Shadow rolls a

Jacques lands on St. James Place, which he already owns.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on Pennslyvania Avenue. Eric pays DaZucc $28 in rent. Eric: $870 - $28 = $842. DaZucc: $782 + $28 = $810.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Free Parking and wins the jackpot. DaZucc: $810 + $600 = $1410.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean also lands on St. James Place. Jacques won’t let him bunk with him so Sean has to pay $14 in rent. $612 - $14 = $598. Jacques: $942 + $14 = $956.

#108

Yes please. Hey @SeanBernowicz, interested in making a trade?

#109

Don’t know if it is worth bringing up, but we have only 4 properties left unsold, and as per the last game, when we have only 3 or less left, they will all be brought to auction. So I mean, I don’t know if it is worth holding off on trading since we are very close to hitting that point.

I’m going to bed anyway, I’ll do the next round in roughly 10 hours.

Nazareth: $633 - $60 = $573.

#110

That depends on what property and what I’ll get in return.

#111

A chance for both of us to start building. You might shoot it down but I’ll try anyway - Your Dark blue for my Brown?

#112

Ok comrade, you have a deal

#113

If you want to build a house on Brown, it costs $50 each. If you want to build a house on Dark Blue, it costs $200 each. And houses must built evenly across the street as stated by the Monopoly rule book.

#114

One house on both Dark Blues, please.

#115

Nazareth: $573 - $400 = $173.

#116

One house on each brown please

#117

I just wanted to pop in and say that I’ve never seen this done on a forum platform, and it’s amazing.

#118

Thank you very much. I love playing games, so this is a good outlet for me. You’re happy to play the third game we do when I get around to it.

#119

Sean: $598 - $100 = $498.

#120

Player 1: Nazareth rolls a

Nazareth lands on Connecticut Avenue. Nazareth pays DaZucc $8 in rent. Nazareth: $173 - $8 = $165. DaZucc: $1410 + $8 = $1418.

Player 2: Jacques_Shadow rolls a

Jacques lands on Free Parking. Sadly, the jackpot is empty.

Player 3: EricTheAussie rolls a

Eric lands on Go, and collects $200. Eric: $842 + $200 = $1042.

Player 4: DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Chance. He draws a Chance card. It reads:

“Advance to Go. (Collect $200.)”

DaZucc does just that. DaZucc: $1418 + $200 = $1618. Because he rolled a double, DaZucc gets to roll again. DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on Oriental Avenue. He pays Jacques $6 in rent. DaZucc: $1618 - $6 = $1612. Jacques: $956 + $6 = $962. Because he rolled a double, DaZucc gets to roll again. If he rolls a third double, DaZucc goes to Jail. DaZucc rolls a

DaZucc lands on States Avenue. He pays Nazareth $10 in rent. DaZucc: $1612 - $10 = $1602. Nazareth: $165 + $10 = $175.

Player 5: SeanBernowicz rolls a

Sean lands on B&O Railroad. Sean pays for a $50 train ticket. Sean: $498 - $50 = $448. Jacques: $962 + $50 = $1012.
