@Nazareth and @DaZucc because you both landed on Pacific Avenue in the same round, that means the 2 of you must bid for it between each other. Starting bid is $300, you must bid in incriments of at least $25 until one of you conceeds.
Nazareth, you only have $319 at the moment but you can mortgage your properties if you desire. Your mortgage values are:
Dark Blues: $175 and $200
(If anyone else wants their mortgage values, feel free to ask me.)
@Jacques_Shadow @EricTheAussie @SeanBernowicz After this auction is settled, as per the rules, the last remaining 3 properties will be auctioned between all 5 players at the same time. The pink property Virginia Avenue, and the 2 stations, Reading Railroad and the Short Line. (If neither Nazareth or DaZucc want the Green, the Green will be put up for auction for the remaining 3 players as well as the other 3 properties.)
You may also want to consider trading with each other at this time as well since we have reached the point where the Bank will no longer own any properties, and you may want to try and avoid 1 player dominating the board like last time. Just a thought.
