Sean lands on Connecticut Avenue. Sean pays DaZucc \$8 in rent. Sean: \$624 - \$8 = \$616. DaZucc: \$1590 + \$8 = \$1598.

@Nazareth and @DaZucc because you both landed on Pacific Avenue in the same round, that means the 2 of you must bid for it between each other. Starting bid is \$300, you must bid in incriments of at least \$25 until one of you conceeds.

Nazareth, you only have \$319 at the moment but you can mortgage your properties if you desire. Your mortgage values are:

Pink: \$70
Orange: \$90
Red: \$110
Yellow: \$130
Dark Blues: \$175 and \$200
Total: \$775

(If anyone else wants their mortgage values, feel free to ask me.)

@Jacques_Shadow @EricTheAussie @SeanBernowicz After this auction is settled, as per the rules, the last remaining 3 properties will be auctioned between all 5 players at the same time. The pink property Virginia Avenue, and the 2 stations, Reading Railroad and the Short Line. (If neither Nazareth or DaZucc want the Green, the Green will be put up for auction for the remaining 3 players as well as the other 3 properties.)

You may also want to consider trading with each other at this time as well since we have reached the point where the Bank will no longer own any properties, and you may want to try and avoid 1 player dominating the board like last time. Just a thought.

#125

I’ll pass on the rest of the biding, however I am interested in mortgaging my Red and Yellow. That should put me over \$500. With that I’d like to buy another house on both Dark Blues.

#126

In that case, @DaZucc you can buy Pacific Avenue for \$300. If you are not interested, it goes to auction between the other 3 people.

@Nazareth you are opting out of bidding for the Pink and Stations as well?

Nazareth: \$319 + \$110 + \$130 = \$559. \$559 - \$400 = \$159.

#127

Yep, done with the biding.

#128

Cool.

Pink: Virginia Avenue. Bid: \$160. Bidders: Jacques, Eric, DaZucc, Sean.
Station: Reading Railroad. Bid: \$200. Bidders: Jacques, Eric, DaZucc, Sean.
Station: Short Line. Bid: \$200. Bidders: Jacques, Eric, DaZucc, Sean.

#129

Will bid the 200 on both railroads. Not messing around with these two. This is my legacy

#130

250 on both railroads.

#131

I’ll make that 300 then

#132

350 on both.

#133

I have more funds than you at the moment, I’m happy to bid you till your money runs dry. 375 each

#134

425 on each.

#135

I’ll bet 450 on Reading Railroad, you can have one of them if you want.

#136

I’ll put 160 on Virginia avenue in that case

#137

@Nazareth @DaZucc @SeanBernowicz Are any of yous interested in donating to me? Maybe I’ll give you a property if I have one yous are interested in

#138

Do you really want it that bad? I only have 4 properties.

#139

Yes

I do not care

#140

You want to trade? What do you have in mind? If you’re talking about cash, you’ll see I’m the poorest player here right now.
