My switch version of Hitman 3 no longer works at all. I was able to play without problem during the release and the following days. But now impossible to play, I can’t even launch a map, I am directly redirected to the title screen. That’s why I would like to be reimbursed.

You should address that towards Nintendo. All we, or at least I can do, is to google how to refund stuff for the Switch.
However, it seems like that is quite hard or impossible or unavailable depending on where you live.

I live in France and it is clear that Nintendo does not reimburse if it is a simple download error or if the game does not please. In my case the game doesn’t work at all so I should be able to get my money back.
