Waking up today, I found myself got a mail which surprised me a lot. But when I type it in Steam, it is sad that the code has been used so i can’t activate CTT by this code. Wonder why, maybe I had been confused with some buddy?

That player support website I found in other thread with same issue did not work in my country and I tried sending email to IOI but still no response yet
Well, that’s pretty sad… From my angle I suppose the approach to sending emails to 'em is useless btw. I tried to email too but it’s a no-reply address. Kinda disappointed.

Hi. I received an invalid CTT code too.
I cant redeem my cod as a new product on steam. The first cod is consider already redeemed on another account ( the XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX code). I 3 days in row to copy past/writen by hand , check begining and end for spaces. The same result… 
Iv send an email to [email protected] from the beginning but nothing. What can i do?
