Issue with account

Hi, I recently signed up for an IoI account to transfer my H2 progress to H3, but I ran into an issue. When I went to check the verification email, the link to verify the account was grayed out with a line through it. Is there any way around this?

I still don’t have a solution, should I just contact them?

Maybe you can request an email from IOI again?
Seems they stabilized the system and it should work now

Tried that, same problem. I can’t even use that same email anymore it seems
