see the thing is, it is enabled through the ZHMSDK mod. It is also showing the name in the “mods.ini” file. I also use peacock. These are the options I have enabled in SDK.

VR Fix
Little mistake before, the map slots for basic version of VR (No map changes) were not set, meaning it was still trying to load the map-specific versions of VR and causing crashes when you weren’t in vanilla variant. Those slots have now been set. I do not have a VR set to test any of them but in theory there should be no crashes, so let me know!
Get the update by regenerating from the variant picker website
Someone have solution for fv? This mod not work for me like half a year.. just black screen and need to remove the dll file again for hitman work again..
A likely cause is that you have the old version of SDK and/or Mission Companion.

I tried, but when I start Freelancer in VR: The sounds starts to stutter, the screen goes black and crashes about 10 seconds later.

Everything setup today with the latest versions, SDK 4.0.0-rc.2
I tested now using the Peacock server method and I have made the following observations in VR:
Colorado → Romania, causes the map first to load in an still image of Colorade before switching to Romania. In Romania, nothing is interactable.
New york → Romania, initial load was working fine, but afterwards, only a few items (blend in and poison) were working, can’t extract.
The politician midday → Kicks you out of VR to continue playing in flatscreen.
Ambrose island → Cuba, immediate crash in VR.
I don’t know if these are related to the Mod, Hitman itself or me not using the SDK method, but these are just my observations in VR.
Are you talking about the safehouse? If so, that shouldn’t be the mod’s fault as the safehouse contract remains the same (recent update makes it change the objective text to mention custom locations, but that’s it)
EDIT: I forgot to update the Peacock Plugin lel, so yeah VR won’t work on PCock plugin yet

I did download the json using the link above, but yeah Peacock might be also a bit broken for VR, because when I play the vanilla maps, my weapons start flying if I drop them.
I think that function is looking at an old file that is not needed anymore (because in that menu FreelancerVariations was replaced by MissionCompanion).
Check your HITMAN3\Retail\mods folder and if there’s a FreelancerVariations.dll file, delete it. Make sure to leave the FreelancerVariations.json though.

I’ve updated the Peacock Plugin (Haven’t been able to test but no error messages at least) but am just gonna do some other changes/fixes for the mod before I release. Might take a few days.
Any problem with Isle of sgail ? I use with external Hantu Port and all FV maps of ilse of sgail and hitman freelancer mode crashed 3 times in the loading screen when choose isle of sgail (no the showdown)
1.11 - Chongqing Changes
While I was fixing things I decided Chongqing Cloudy Day needed to be different. It existed because I wanted a variant that has lockdown, and it’s still rainy because it’s very hard to make dry versions of Chongqing, there’s always little bugs and whatnot. However I had to disable the lockdown for showdown because it messed with 3/5 suspect areas, therefore Cloudy Day showdown ended up being the exact same as vanilla just a little brighter. Now it’s properly different; the market stalls from Gluttony have been cleaned up and added, the NPCs made more realistic, police are now in the streets, and I’ve tried to change the scripts of vanilla street NPCs to feel less like the same story mission over and over again.

I included a bad file for Noodle Massacre, possible crash causer, and does prevent it from being converted to SMF3 (Beta). Just to be safe I’m putting out a hot fix.
