What do you guys think is the most iconic, well remembered like in the whole hitman series? Which line do you remember that just stands out from the rest? I was going to make a poll, but I probably won’t remember all the good lines, so I’ll wait to get some ideas.
“I need to use the bathroom.”
Names are for friends, so I don’t need one.
Definitely not the MOST iconic line but it’s pretty memorable.
A contract is a contract from Hitman 2016, also all of the Tobias Rieper stuff from the games.
Course we have two people with ‘I need to use the bathroom’.
‘It is a very large casino’
‘A Contract is a Contract’
47’s monologue at the start of “Hunter and Hunted” is pretty iconic.
“Inspector, you’ve obviously learned too much about me. I can’t have that, not even in my death.”
Not necessarily a quote, but 47’s prayer was always a good one IMO.
"Lead me, O’heavenly father, in the path of right. I walk alone and stumble in the dark. Show me the light, and I’ll go there. Let me find peace in my own heart and save me from my enemies."
Hunter and Hunted:
"This room, this bullet. There’s a bullet for everyone. And a time. And a place. An end. Yes… maybe this is how it has to be."
“Don’t you want the jacket, sir?”
The lines when 47 calls from his hotel room are funny.
“There’s a…problem with the toilet. Take care of it…now.”
“The bed is not properly made. See that it is done, right away.”
“The minibar is not being replenished. See to it at once.”
Thanks I couldn’t remember them!!’
“Hello fuck face!”
“What’s up dipshit.”
Can’t seem to forget that those opening lines between the two villains from Absolution.
I loved at the end of Absolution, where Travis is asking if he killed Diana. “You will never know”, and shoots him.
One of the actually few good lines in the game.
I loved “You will never know.” That was some cold-blooded shit with Lenny in the desert as well.
Say what you will about Absolution, it had some great writing and cutscenes.
sure absolution had some good dialogue, but good writing? oh hell naw.
“This is your gift”, the warden told us. “Your gift and your curse. Touching lives only by ending them.”
“i can do, whatever i’m paid to” > “a contract is a contract”
(Goddamn 20 characters)
