More casting news was also revealed, with Tom Hiddleston playing the franchise’s first Bond boy - named Fitty McCrotch – and the new M is set to be portrayed by none other than Gillian Anderson. Both frankly inspired choices.
An Amazon spokesperson told Euronews Culture: “We’re distancing ourselves from the previous stance held by franchise head Barbara Broccoli, who said that Bond should only be played by a man. 80s born people will know this - that time there was a action figure and cartoon series of this franchise. He Man, Skeletor, Ram Man, Beast Man, Leech, Manteena, Tella etc etc. I have around 5 action figure collect kept with my G I Joe collection. Those were the days - good to see a movie coming this year - it’s nostalgic.

I know this is just some old guy “get off my lawn” thing on my part, but can we please stop with these titles? “Godzilla Minus Zero”? That’s just “Godzilla”. I hate it.

There’s a deeper meaning to the titles. We don’t know what this one’s is yet, but the guy who made Minus One isn’t going to stumble over it.

I’m sure the story will be great and I trust that the people in charge know what they’re doing, but “minus zero”? Ugh.
Just like Minus One, it means something. It just hasn’t been revealed yet.

Titles have no impact on the product. It doesn’t matter if it’s called Minus Zero or Godzilla and Kong makes a porno.

I don’t think that’s correct. Titles can matter if they keep people from seeing a film. There are numerous films I have never watched because I thought the title was terrible or the cover art on the VHS tape was bad or I disliked one particular actor. People avoid movies for a lot of really (admittedly) dumb reasons, including bad titles.
