They are rally caps. It’s a game with many insane superstitions and traditions.
Let’s say you’re losing 7 runs to nothing late in the game and then you score a run… the players on your team will all flip their hats inside out or flip the bills up and put balls on them or wear the hats in some other goofy way to harness the momentum and come back TO WIN! Clearly it worked great for me here saving landslide 
, but that’s what I was going for, it’s sorta like a rain dance.

All good Mano! The game played out fairly. My level lost! I didn’t think I needed to take the up votes from @hitman_fan to downvote Paris. Looks like I should have now, but anyone can Monday morning quarter back. I hope the next quarter final will be just as exciting.
