No Electrocution Phone on HITMAN 3?

The explosive phone is loud though. The electrocution phone would be a silent non accident kill.

I’m saying the electrocution phone should work the same way the explosive phone does(losing Silent Assassin).

In Hitman 2 it doesn’t, but it should, especially if it ever gets restored in Hitman 3.

it’s a less messy outcome than having an item that says electrocution on it, but works differently from every other electrocution kill in the game

But don’t other electrocution devices do non-accident kills if they don’t get shocked in water? Wouldn’t be too confusing if it was simply changed to fit those parameters. (The Explosive Phone is just like the other explosive devices, doesn’t provide a free accident kill.)

Regardless, it’s not like we needed another Electric device. Good riddance.

as far as i know the taser will kill a guard who is holding it in an accident. i cant really think of any non-water based electrocution kills except the phones in marrakesh but i think they are/were just broken and are supposed to function as an accident
