Hi I’m trying to progress-carryover the progress from H2 to H3 but it only got the masters and not the locations. Is this a problem only with me or is this normal.

The H2 locations not yet available for owners on Steam. The free transfer of H2 levels is currently been worked on by IO and their partners. At this point you will have to arm yourself with patience, something Hitman fans should have after all
