Sometimes when I save a game, there is s slight delay. In one instance I saved moments before I got spotted by an enforcer. So I loaded the game and guess what - instead of going back to the moment I saved which even appeared on the image of the saved game, I found myself still standing right in front of Mr. Enforcer after he spotted me. Two additional reloads yielded the same results. Other delays saves have happened at least two other times. Is this a glitch or an anti-save scumming feature?
This has always been a thing in the game afaik. I always just sit on the menu until the saving icon disappears when doing a manual save before resuming the game to make sure it’s saved at the point I actually wanted, and not a few seconds later.

I feel bad for anyone encountering this while doing a SASO run in Master difficulty.
