Not much to go on, but in the blogpost it says:

As the HITMAN franchise celebrates its 25th anniversary, this special experience has been designed to feel authentic within the world of HITMAN.

The yellow tracksuit is from his last (posthumous) movie Game of Death while the tournament story is referencing Enter the Dragon I suppose.

Yes we have gotten the approval from the Bruce Lee Estate to incorporate Bruce Lee into the mission.
And we worked with an official and approved Voice Over artist.

but doesn’t mention the voice actor by name. I don’t know if there is one that’s known for working with the Lee estate?
