More details on the hacking dongle:
It can hack cameras, recorders, soda machines for cans, car alarms, fire alarms, radios, tvs, sound racks and money counters / photocopiers.
It has a cooldown for hacking though which is 30s per hacking type and has a limited range.
Also there reaaaaaly needs to be a hotfix for the illegal poisoning my goodness.
The bond twitch drop duck is a new item type - it creates a map marker instead of being explosive.
The light colour in Hokkaido and Sgail is finally fixed from the Disruptor era!
Lukedotpng’s suit has reeeeeeally bad clipping @IOI_Artjoms. It’s also a shame it doesn’t have the cool visual effect.

So the camera is finally useful! When it was originally introduced in Hitman 3 I made a few complaints about the lack of uses for it. Aside from opening a few doors (and later being used to target players in Freelancer), there wasn’t much else it did except take up an inventory spot. I know inventory spots are basically unlimited but still. Now it’s actually a useful mechanic for the game, with the trade-off that you have to use an inventory slot to take it with from the start.

Its a minor detail and I’m not sure if this is intended or not. But it seems weird that the football suits are in the Freelancer category, and not in Themed.

I’m on 51 of 53 panels in Chongqing. Guess the last one is the exit. So where do I find the other? Is there a list somewhere?

Yes, did that one. And made sure to hack all panels from both sides.
Yeah I don’t know then friend. You’re gonna have to run around the whole map trying them out again.
Same thing happened to me last night. Turns out the 52nd was the Tier 1 access door by the security checkpoint. Even though I’d originally hacked it, I had to reload a save from right before said panel… so I got em all except that one and had to backtrack.

Yeah I used the ZHM sdk to spawn in the new items and change suits. Thank you for telling me about the reddit comment, I didn’t know about that earlier.

Helpfully, the map displays little camera symbols for each hackable panel and - crucially - makes them disappear from the map once you’ve hacked each one. So, check your map!
