Would be kinda poetic justice for everyone who purchased the DLC to lose access without refund especially those that purchased after the verdict was made as they had to know a delist was imminent. But as I said earlier this would only cause other problems and could hurt future DLC sales. Best they could do would be to give everyone that purchased the DLC a voucher for the next DLC.
