Meh, it’s just my own hatred of ties. My first priority in any activity that involves suits is to get rid of that suit in favor of anything that is tie-less.
Back on topic, my default loadout:
I used Whittleton Creek because it’s my favorite map (reminds me of where I used to live). Sometimes I’ll swap out a specific item in place of the coins if the mission really requires it though.

This is the default loadout I always use when starting a new level, or when a contract doesn’t seem to need specific items. I wish it was still possible to save it as my default loadout in Hitman 3, instead of it always being whatever junk I used to complete my latest contract 
When replaying a level I often swap the coins for a Black Leather Briefcase containing the Sieger 300 Ghost. I usually take that briefcase when I need one, but on some maps where 47 appears to be a “tourist” (like Sapienza, Santa Fortuna or Haven) I like to use the Aluminium Briefcase instead (usually with some explosives inside, if I don’t need them I just blow up the briefcase in a safe location for lulz :D). It’s extremely rare I use any suit other than the level’s default one (which makes me wonder why I still care about unlocking them), unless I don’t like that default suit (in Mumbai, Dubai and Ambrose for example).
Got to be either 47’s signature suit with gloves or the Blood Money suit.
Then for the weapon at the minute it’s the Gold SilverBaller for me. (Hitman Contracts vibes
