Here is me at 17.
Me around 14 or 15
Me around 18 or 19
Me age 30
EDIT: I’m not an Alcoholic btw, I’m just German, hence the beers
I love those teenage/children pictures of us
Is it just me or does young MrOchoa look a lot like Badeaguard?
It makes sense since Ochoa and 47 is father and son.
Oh, what have I started Cool to see all of these. You’re all so great no matter of the age.
I love memory lane trips! I dug out an old photo album and threw a few together.
Clockwise from top left my age in each one is roughly 17, 10, 2, 23, 8, 9, 5.
Oh my gosh, these childhood photos are so precious and wholesome!
This is me at around 5, and the second one is me 13/14 (yea, what a phase lol) and the third is me at 16 at our senior prom:
My niece came into town for the week. We spent a day kayaking the river and seeing some sights, then we hit a couple rooftop bars and ended the night at my fav casual spot in the city, Half Sour.
I spend a night in Trieste with my girlfriend this weekend.
It’s a very wonderful place on the sea with lots of culture from Italy, Germany and east Europe merged into one place.
We visited the city, a castle\villa that reminded me very much the one from the Paris mission and last we went to see a Nazi-Fascist lager. The first I visited in my life.
But first right in front of our hotel there was Captain America. In reality his name is Ernesto and he dresses up as a superhero and goes to kid’s parties. Today he was called for a child where we were staying.
I had to make a photo with him and I showed pictures of my Spiderman costume He asked me for the link from where I bought mine because he really liked it.
This is the castle named Castello di Miramare. Very beautiful and I made a lot of fantasies that I could live there where I have a dedicated room just for gaming with a sea view. I could only wish…
I’m keeping this for last because it’s a very sensible subject. Like I said earlier I never went to visit such a place and being there thinking and reading about the things they did felt very bad.
This place had very very tall walls which is the thing that impressed me the most. It was a lager disguised as a rice factory with normal workers and prisoners forced to hard labor as well.
I didn’t made many photos as it felt kinda wrong to even make a few. There are 2 photos with me in it to give an idea how tall the walls are.
You went to see a Nazi beer?
Brewed from the most fascist ingredients you can get.
Lager = Camp, just in case you weren’t just kidding
No, I really had no idea. That makes way more sense now!
This looks like a mission select screen from the game lol, you also resemble 47!
Also the castle looks a bit like Thornbridge Manor from Dartmoor
Красивая!!
I tough that lager was an international word I couldn’t figure what you meant till mr.ochoa told you.
Here in Italy for some reason we call “lager” the concentration camps.
I’ve seen the consequences, I felt the cost. THAT’S WHAT DEFINES ME!
Oh yeah no that really only means a type of beer, at least in North America. But good on you for going. I can only imagine how hard it is to walk through a place like that but it’s important to remember.
I can’t say it is hard. It’s a big experience and you somehow feel how wrong the place feels. I really don’t know how to describe it.
If I can one day I really want to visit Auschwitz.
I went to auschwitz last time I was in Poland. I think it’s important to go and I’m glad I went, but it was a difficult trip.
