Only if you are counting Harvey and Two-Face as whole figures. If you count Harvey and Two-Face as 0.5 then it still measures out to an even 2.
Well, Two-Face himself considers himself and Harvy as two people. That’s why he’s always obsessed with the number 2 and not 1/2.
Anyway, it’s amusing that he’s the one stuck in that example with the Joker, as it’s well known that of all Batman’s rogues, he’s arguably the one who despises Joker most. As the man himself would say, it’s pretty funny.
