I always found the Riddler trophies to be easy to get, even his so-called ‘challenges’. I would do them on the way to side missions and be surprised when he assumes I cheated, like they were near-impossible to figure out. I’d return with my best Batman voice “Maybe you’re not that smart”
Little did I realize this was the ultimate takedown Batman himself would use on him in the Arkham Knight which, if you think about it, was the perfect way to shatter the ego of a man whose whole identity is based around his intelligence - and done so ironically monosyllabically for someone who projects their intellect with performative verbosity
It isn’t the difficulty it is that there are so many of them and most of them, at worst, aren’t even riddles and, at best, are can be charitably called a puzzle.

Personally, I prescribe to Ron White’s philosophy: when life gives you lemons, make lemonade, and find someone whose life has given them vodka, and have a party.
