Nothing special, but I’m currently investigating a few out of bouche locations again and I thought I finally wanted to check out who pilots the hot air balloons around Dubai. I was expecting to find a simple Crowd NPC in there, so what I found instead is actually kinda horryfying.
These Guys also don’t have any hands or legs either.

Fourth one down! Love 47 with a cravat. Can you get him in the orange slacks, blue pattern blazer, and gold crevat from the Paris elusive target ? He will never have that most superb hair style that guy had, but still he would look SHARP!
