I´ve found it quite suitable for Colombia as well, specifically the jungle sections (notwithstanding the fact that 47 would boil in it lol).

The winning screen for Moses Lee shows the scoreboard for the race. Blue Seed are in the results with two drivers, despite their team not actually racing, as ones of their cars is at the main gate. My guess is that this was a last minute decision, as Blue Seed are shown racing in the reveal trailer for the game.

PS; I’d love to know the rest of these names, because they’re mostly illegible.

7th place: Andrea Pantano
6th place: Richard Hall (?)
9th place: Brett Lampini
I couldn’t find any others

There’s a couple cars from other teams around the map, and they’re all still racing?
Also, Trevor Jones, Andrea Pantano and Brett Lampini are on the leaderboard despite being in the level, strangely.
