these are some excellent screenshots! you are becoming really good at taking shots, keep it up
Thank you It is so much fun and I love to improve myself! So your message really means a lot to me
They need a few more PTs in Hokkaido. It’d’ve been funny to see her launched, going past the windows and on towards the bottom of the cliff.
Your screenshots are amazing
Do you have any tips for me to make better screenshots?
I know I’m not Philipp but hopefully I can help you with this
There’s this video I found that might be useful for you.
Thank you very much @Mini! Honestly yours are already great, I especially like your shots of Grey
I mostly play around with the FOV slider to reduce that fisheye effect you get when you’re up close to someone or something. For composition and balancing things out, I’m very thankful for the built-in grid of thirds.
@William1066 That’s actually a quite informative video
@William1066 Thank you so much for the video! That’s very helpful
@Philipp Thank you Yes, the FOV slider is a life saver, especially for portraits. I remember the first time I used Ansel and zoomed in, Greys nose looked so huge he looked like he was drunk
thanks for the tip with the grid, I will try to use it more often!
the grid is so fucking useful i stg, rule of thirds and the golden circle among many other interesting and cool compositions can be more easily achieved due that simple grid. Its one of the most powerful ansel tools imo
How did you got on that roof in Hokkaido?
Ah, I’m on the roof in Sapienza and Paris as well That’s the OOB glitch.
So,
- You place a suitcase near a ledge/barrier
- Through some muffins/Violin/breaks/busts (1 Violin or 3 of the other items suffice) on the case so they break.
- Place a breaching charge one step away.
- Go on top of the broken items (make sure 47 has elevated a bit) and press the remote. If everything go right, you’ll cross the ledge.
What happens? The breaching charge makes the broken item fly and as you’re on them and they have collision, you’ll go with them.
It can be used to go to various places out of bounds, such as streets and roof in paris.
BUT the breaching charge can kill you, the collision might end anywhere, and it can cause frame drops/graphical issues (in that run). It takes a bit of effort and several replays to become skillful.
Here’s a cool tutorial video by @Ingvar:
He’s doing a wildlife documentary on ants, he’s recording with a macro
He is waiting for his breakthrough.
Decided to do a few OOB screenshots in Paris, Dartmoor and daytime Chongqing
Giant 47
The next contract
ohhh this just makes me want a ‘city street’ level, like I was hoping we’d get a taste of with New York.
