I am 23 and I must be fossilised before my time because I only know one band’s music comprehensively (Foo Fighters, not fond of them) and there are like six I have heard of.

One of my all time favorite bands put out their third album just recently. Wolf Alice. They’ve done a bunch of music videos with it, but this is possibly my favorite song on the album.

Check out emotional oranges and mothica. They are my fav bands so far out of all the ones I hadn’t heard of before the lineup came out.

I hate when you can’t tell if a band is together and you should expect a new album or maybe not? 
I mean I get it, who are we to demand to know everything, but sometimes you think a band is together with music coming and you find out a year later they split up way back in March of last year, and other times you’re sure they are done and then a surprise single gets dropped.
Metro Station put this out during the pandemic and caught me totally off guard. I was sure they were back to being broken up.
Yes! Even if they have a label sometimes you get nothing. The worst is when a band says a new song is coming and it finally drops and it turns out it’s not new just never released before and all the fanatics remember it from some audiotree set or some other YouTube thing. L
