Whoa, I don’t know where this hostility is coming from or what your deal is, but you would think a person can listen to the music others post here and give an opinion on it. That’s usually another reason why a thread like this exists. And considering the description you gave of the music that was the subject of my posts, I would think you would appreciate the joke. Good to know that some good-natured ribbing is off the table with you.

Dude, your own description was “slab of punishment,” among other comments. You clearly went over the top with a sense of dark humor. I was saying I didn’t like it, but applying a similar humor to do so, just to try to get a laugh. If you’re posting in earnest, maybe try not to sound like you’re prepping someone up to hear something that’s supposed to be awful but you might like it anyway. I was clearly exaggerating, but you got all offended after smack-talking it yourself. Calm down and don’t be so intensely descriptive, either jokingly or otherwise, if you can’t take receiving it back. And let me remind you, that while I may have made such comments about your music, you made a personal insult towards me, which was unnecessary. A simple “please stop making fun of my music” would have been sufficient for me to get the point, not trying to start an argument with a personal attack. I don’t like getting off to bad starts with people, and I’m sorry that my comments were in poor taste and that I misjudged how they might be received, but that’s no need to escalate. Can we start over and be cool, now?

I think you just misunderstood Quinn’s original appreciation of his own music. He likes that really hard-rock, metal stuff. He means “slab of punishment” as a compliment to it.

Oh I am getting flashbacks to GTAV’s torture mission.
About a month ago one of my favourite content creators just announced to disband his channel to pursue in life. I used to listen to a few of their songs during a time when they used to comment a lot. Therefore I’ll be posting one of their mixtapes to commend that.
At first I disliked the idea of someone commenting everywhere on every video (still do actually), after a while I sort of learned to focus on stuff worth complaining about, which also taught me how to not complain about petty stuff in the first place.
I don’t expect them to read my message here - but I hope whatever the best for them. Please go easy on yourself, and whenever you’re properly cleaning metal computers.
