Yeah, what @Rimland said. They actually take a moment to show a close-up of his neck that shows he had been cut open and then stitched up in the spot where we saw him inject the poison chip. They didn’t want to take the chance that the Partners could remotely activate the chip from a distance once they figured out that he had been abducted.

i guessed that he took advantage of the sea’s bad reception or something and went out of range so the switch wouldn’t work haha. doesn’t make much sense.

according to the other answers here, they removed the chip from him. oof… at least we got 1 more game from that bad decision :upside_down_face:

But they were willing to take the chance of doing make-shift surgery on a dirty pirate ship? Makes sense.

Pretty sure both 47 and Grey have the precision needed to cut into a man non-fatally, remove a chip, and then sew it up, using sterilizing agents to prevent infection. Besides, if he died of gangrene after they got the info, wouldn’t matter to them. They just needed him to last long enough.

Wait a second, he doesn’t look like 47 at all - he looks more like Albert Wesker from Resident Evil!

Netflix. Is normal. :joy:

To be fair both are clones.

Was Albert Wesker a clone? I’m not sure about that, he was somehow “engineered” if i remember correctly. Like there were 20 (or so) “Wesker-Children” but only Albert and Alex survived until adulthood.

Here I’m referring more to the Tv-Show rather than the games.

Aaah i see. I don’t have a Netflix account at the moment, so i haven’t seen the show, but after that dumpster fire that Welcome to Raccoon City was i’m quite sure that i have not missed anything.

They are adapting video-games into movies for 30 years now and still Mortal Kombat 1995 is still the best…

Tomb Raider with Alicia Vikander quite good.

I’ll stop derailing this thread now
