Ah yes I actually know this comic, that is from Ultimate X-Men. God I hated the Ultimate universe especially their X-Men line.
Also for what it is worth the guy in the wife beater is supposed to be this guy
Yeah towards the end of the line the art for the Ultimate line deteriorated severely. But it never got as bad as this…

watching the briefing today it just seemed funny to get into such an exclusive hospital, with only 4 patient rooms directly connected to it, for a simple check-up.
