Nah, Uber is actually Uber v Heller, the landmark 2020 decision where the Supreme Court of Canada held that arbitration clauses that require you to go to a foreign jurisdiction, incurring upfront legal and travel costs equivalent to your annual salary are unconscionable and therefore unenforceable
