Mhm, it was the only title in the series to be released on a Nintendo platform until HITMAN 3 was released on the switch through Cloud Based Technology.

No you can buy the full game. Just you have to play it through the cloud. You can try the trial out if you are inclined to do so, but personally speaking the game isn’t good looking due to it being cloud based.
