Yes, it kinda works like a lethal banana or grape. You can alternatively put it in drinks or food for a non-poisonous poison kill.

Hearing someone put it like this, having a lego brick as a consumable poison reskin (especially considering that the poison animation looks like if they were choking) doesn’t sound that far fetched.
