It’s actually not. I don’t know what it is, bacon seems weird! It smells good but I’ve just never felt compelled to try it.

Correct. I watched my cousin’s pet snake poop on him one time while he was sitting on his swingset, but I never had a snake nor was pooped on by one.
How is bacon weird? It is salt-cured pork in strips taken from the belly. (Best part of any animal ever)

I don’t know to be honest, some part of me imagines that I wouldn’t like the texture (crispy or soft). I imagine i’d be okay with crispy bacon if I tried it, though.

I mean crispy bacon is just pork rinds with a slightly meatier texture since it isn’t just the fat. Regular bacon is just a saltier and fattier tasting ham.
Soft with perhaps slight crisping of the fat and it is perfect for me.
