How To achieve an SA rating in all entries

I’m going to make a video(s) that goes in-depth on how to get a Silent Assassin rating in every Hitman game. Probably won’t get many views but it needs to be done.

I am using this guide for reference:

^This covers a lot but I’m hoping you guys can point out anything it’s missing so we can flesh out every detail on what makes or breaks an SA rating.

For example, I’m left wondering how many shots fired are allowed in Blood Money

I vaguely remember that in Contract you can’t kill an NPC “cop” (blue symbol) without losing SA.
