¿What happens when I buy 7DS but I don't have the full game?

I have the free starter pack with H1 and 2 gold, ¿Will be able to play the escalations? Also, in summer im buying H3. Please help.

Will you be able to buy 7DS at all while not owning the full game?
I suppose if you can, you’ll be able to play 7DS Escalations only on those locations which are the part of Free (Demo) Starter Pack.
7DS collection work only on HITMAN 3 locations:
Dubai
Dartmoor
Berlin
Chongqing
Mendoza

And just to let you know, up until 19th of February you can get 7DS for free when buying HITMAN 3 Deluxe Edition on Steam
