Well everyone, I think I will be off for a while. A few weeks at least.
On a personal/professional side, I have a lot to do. It’s not looking great. Fortunately it’s not because things are not looking good for me. That is actually looking great; proper work with proper people. Unfortunately it’s because the domain I work in is in a bit of a turmoil lately, in a “in the end it was futile” kind of way.
And on the forum, well the leaks, the Arcade kinda sapped me. It was a lot of attention, discussions, thoughts, and time. In the end it was for not a lot (yet, hopefully).
I tried to discuss intent of the game design of the latest content and build up from there, but it doesn’t feel like discussions are meaningful right now.
If anyone wants to continue discussing gameplay narrative with the escalation mechanics and how it can be build up from this fondation and not just torn down. I will just reiterate my wish for some light/fun/original narratives. I would be glad to know that.
I think I need to do things that actually actualize.
With some luck I will return having finally finished my project of transcripting the IO Insiders, Live and Monthly to celebrate the work and craft done on the games.
So Cheers everyone ! Be excellent to each other, may the next few weeks bring you what you need. 
Beside, this community is too nice to not come back later.

They were playing tejano music at full blast and slamming coors light at 8:45am. I’m kinda jealous of their life.

Chicago mano. I was on my way to work. Our police are mostly friendly. We have some of the old sticks in the mud of course. Oh well.
And by train I meant the elevated tracks so think subway or light rail. Not real train.
