Now that I have had time to process this Roadmap.
Pros:

Holiday Hoarders and Hokkaido Snow Festival being permanent is great.

IO blowing their load on Elusive Target Reactivations
Cons:
- Nothing new in terms of HITMAN 3 and this roadmap heavily relies on old content from prior titles and Elusive Target Reactivations.
I’m indifferent about the roadmap, but that’s cause I expected this and also didn’t expect it at the same time. With that being said January alongside the coming months will deliver something more substantial and new that is personally more engaging.

yay. I get to try and SA the H3 elusive targets. I haven’t failed any, but I have a bad habit of not SA them. And now I can. This is good.

I’ll look on the bright side and be glad that with the Snow Festival release and the ice pick unlock, my featured contract from H2 can finally be completed properly for those that didn’t carry it over.

Not sure you’ll be able to go back and SA them if you’ve already played them earlier and missed out on an SA ranking, at least in this Winter Roadmap re-run. The wording isn’t 100% definitive so don’t take this as gospel, but it reads to me like they’ll only be replayable if you Missed them.
(But who knows what the Elusive Target Arcade will hold for us next year?)

I’m delighted to be getting permanent access to Holiday Hoarders again, seeing as I had to delete H1 to free up space. Love a nice festive assassination.
Personally I don’t mind the lack of new content at all, much rather IO devote their resources to the substantial amount we’re getting next year.

Pretty cool roadmap for Xmas!
I’ve eliminated all the H3 elusive targets so far which is a bonus, but I’m looking forward to the good old holiday hoarders content 
Always cool to play that over the festive period.

No I don’t think that was ever possible in any of the games… There was always a lot of frustrating, slow waiting to finish some of the challenges.

Yeah, it was like that in H2, and I hated it. Was hoping they’d bring it back, but nope. Probably be the same for Hokkaido Snow Fesitval.
@TheChicken, it was possible to save HH in the first game. It stopped with H2.
