I think “safehouse” for the building and “basement” for the lower level work great.

The central area in the basement, used for choosing and planning contracts could be the “War Room”.

Rieper Estate.
“Estate” just sounds better to me than something like “mansion” or “manor”, it’s just a word with more impact to it, if that makes sense.
And I like him to keep using the Tobias Rieper name, it’s the closest thing he has to a “real” name, so the place being named after that is cool to me.
Hence, Rieper Estate.

Oh, I think for that, “Basement” is just fine.

I just don’t think it needs a name at all. I know that some rich people name their houses, but it’s foreign concept to me. I have lived in a few different houses but they never had names except for “that house in Bolingbrook” or “that place we lived on Westminster”.

Yes, the safehouse is grand and big, but I can’t see naming it anything in particular.

And I’m so sick of Batman that nothing gives me Batman vibes any more.
