I can’t do neither of those, so I am just wondering. Are they similar or do they require different techniques?

Blowing bubbles with a chewing gum… That is a tough one, but not impossible. Though, it’d be a very small, sad, pathetic excuse of a bubble. 
Edit: If it’s a bubble gum… That’s different and easy to blow bubbles with.
I can whistle with pursed lips. Whistle through (my) teeth, both exhale and inhale.
Whistling with 2 fingers?.. It’s not so much about the fingers as it is curving your tongue back to make a vortex when you blow outward. The fingers just aid your tongue in making that shape.
I can do it that way. But I don’t practice it enough to do it on the first try.

As someone who doesn’t chew gum or bubble gum, I have no idea if they’re similar.
I can’t whistle with my fingers or teeth, only with my lips.

Chewing gum, as the name suggests, is designed mainly to just be chewed, and although it is possible to blow bubbles with it, it is very difficult because the texture isn’t as loose as bubble gum, which has a soft and loose texture for that purpose. You’d need a double or triple dose of chewing gum at one time to be able to make a moderate-sized bubble, whereas with bubble gum, even a small piece can allow for easy, if tiny, bubble formation.

In all honesty, I suppose i should say that i actually don’t know if I can blow a bubble…I’ve never tried that I can recall and i almost never chew gum of any kind.

Not really. I’ve never been able to get any consistent answers from any particular group of individuals about these songs.
Under Pressure is one of my favorite Queen songs so that’s the one I’d choose. Had no idea that other song even existed honestly.
