Yea… if it’s handcuffed for a year I’ll go with any of the models Marco Abiati has down by the beach for his campaign. Assuming that is not what the OP meant though then I’m going with Carlton Smith. I bet that guy is a riot with a drink in his hand. All his stories of getting caught and then managing to not be killed. You’d not get bored with him around.

I’m picking Diana, because I know I’ll be perfectly safe if she doesn’t see me as a threat. Not only will I be able to live in luxury with her resources, but if anyone tries to do anything, she’ll send 47 to kill them. So yeah, pretty much the most secure position you could be in.

If you want to go with a target, your options are very limited. Most of them are criminals and psychos who would rather cut your hand off to go free. They mostly boil down to Graves.
If you expand however, options are infinite.
