Looks about what I imagined. I’ll likely have to play at low settings even if I’m a little bit ahead of the min specs in some areas. Thanks for sharing!
Asides from the VRAM requirements being closer to one another (6GB basically means 8GB anyway because 6GB GPU’s are non-standard), there isn’t much difference elsewhere. And you’d need 8GB of VRAM anyway once you factor in the OS. This only really benefits the recommended spec, as while it’s better than 12GB of VRAM, the RAM requirement is still way too high imo. The rec-spec isn’t obscenely terrible by my eyes (even 16GB of RAM isn’t unusual)
Also, this image and post was sent to me 5 hours ago via newsletter, so this probably should’ve been updated before being sent out.
I haven’t even decided yet if I’ll buy the game or not (may depend on first impressions around here or elsewhere). But since I have absolutely no idea about all the specs, would the game even run on my Laptop? 16 GB RAM and free space aren’t the problem, but I know nothing about processors and graphic cards, so maybe someone can clear this for me.
It has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 and Processor is AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics.
Would that work? I don’t have to play on the highest resolution or so, but of course it should run smoothly to be fun.
My system has 4 GB of dedicated video RAM instead of required 6.14 GB. How much will this mess with my game? I know it’s not enough, but I’m curious how bad my experience could be.
I guess you could play on low/medium graphic settings.
I suppose the game will have some kind of system testing feature after what it will apply most recommended settings for specs one have.
At least this feature would’ve been desirable.
But what GPU do you have specifically?
If you don’t know where you can see that, just type devmgmt.msc either in Start search box or hit Win+R and type there, little window should open where you can look for Display adapters and see it under there
UPD: but I checked the specs in the initial post and it says the minimum of VRAM is 8GB which is twice less than you have.
I’m afraid you couldn’t launch the game on your system.
Maybe you can launch it, but you hardly would be able to play.
It’s better to upgrade your GPU
