Not as much as the dancing option in Berlin like in BM imo, but I see what you mean. Anyway, I could see IO continued with 47 for a while (considering he is “timeless”) but I’m not too sure about voice actors to be honest.
The final level of 007 is you killing Agent 47.
And then Hitman 9 is just a contracts style flashback as 47 falls to his death slowly.

47 is only dying slowly in Blood Money because he’s playing old levels in his head. We just don’t get to see.
